After a web update from earlier this week, the Buffer tool is no longer working correctly.
When I preform a buffer around a feature at a specified distance and chose to select all the features of a layer that fall with in the buffer, only the adjacent features to the original selected features are selected, not all of the features within the Buffer.
The buffer graphis is drawn correctly, just the features within the buffer are not being selected.
