Title says it all.
I have several raster files, in different groups as the are different scales.
Setting scale thresholds to switch them on and off as users zoom in and out doesnt work - the layer tick box changes to show they are switched off, but they still draw. This behaviour is the same regardless of them being grouped or not.
Cheers

I had the same problem when using BMPs and TIFFS.
If you convert to ECW format and reload the layers, this seems to work. However, there was a loss of quality but that may be down to the software I used to convert the files (Oziexplorer).
I also noticed that these converted files didnt display correctly when close to their maximum zoom scale. The image will appear on the screen but only covering part of the screen. The layer beneath shows around the edges and proves that the scale is incorrect. The files are ok when zoomed further out.
Hope this makes sense!

All,
I have just corrected the scale behavior for
BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF and Band Interleaved.
Thankyou for bringing this to our attention.
The vast majority of the ECW files we have do not exhibit the rendering issue that has been described however I have found an example of one that does. The example is a lot smaller than the rest that we have. We will look into this problem.
