Unhandled exception if the user changes tools from one that draws a line to one the does not, before that line is completed.
For example, an error will occur if you begin measuring, then select the pan tool before you have finished measuring.

I too am having this problem. The program will not let me continue and I have to select Quit and the program shuts down.
