Hi,

#1. My data is stored in lat-long (NAD83) and I wish to view the data in state plane (in my case, North Dakota State Plane South). The data correctly projects on the screen to state plane when I am using as source data a shapefile. The same source data but stored in a Personal Geodatabase does not project, the screen is blank when I zoom to that layer. Initially the layer is displayed on the screen but unprojected, still in lat-long.

#2. When the map view has been set up to display in state plane and I bring in a WMS (e.g., http://web.apps.state.nd.us/wmsconnector/com.esri.wms.Esrimap?ServiceName=NDWMS_aerialimages&) I get an error message stating, "The WMS Server returned the following error: Invalid BBox value, maxx greater than or equal to minx". However, when I start a new project and have not set the map to state plane, the WMS layers properly display.

Thanks, Bob

Hi Bob,

1) On the fly projection is not currently supported for the PGDB.
2) There are some issues with WMS layers in the current build of AccuGlobe 2007. We believe that we have a solution to the problem and we will update this topic after this has been completed.

Thanks Dave for the feedback. I look forward to the fix for the WMS projection. Any thoughts on if/when there will be support for projection in the PGDB?

Thanks again, Bob
