WHEN I MAKE A RELATE AND OPEN THE ATTRIBUTES TABLE FOR THE LAYER, ALL THE DATA SHOWS IN THE TABLE IN THE POP UP WINDOW INCLUDING THE DATA FROM THE RELATED TABLE. I AM ABLE TO MAKE THEMS BASED ON THE RELATED DATA ETC. BUT...
WHEN I USE THE IDENTIFY TOOL (i) THE POP UP WINDOW ONLY SHOWS THE DATA FROM THE ORIGINAL LAYER TABLE. NEITHER THE RELATED DATA NOR THE RELATED DATA FIELD HEADERS ARE VISIBLE.
I AM RELATING TO AN ACCESS TABLE IN ACCESS 2000.

Please run the web updater to download the 16th July version of AccuGlobe 2007.
This version shows related fields when using the identify tool.

I updated to July 16 update but this did not alter the results when clicking on a shape with the identify tool. I still just get the data in the original table but not the data in the related table?

I made a new download of Accuglobe 2007 and updated and this still did not fix the problem.

If you could compress and send your data to dave_support@ddti.net we can look into the problem. If after compression the dataset is too large please send a small subset.
