Does anyone know if we are able to create our own linestyles to use and what format they have to be in. I want to be able to have a custom linestyle for utility data with the line having a something for example like 6W or 8S. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The linestyle needs to be represented as a bmp - i suggest 32x32. This bitmap is then used to render linework as a textured brush.

You could use a value theme to differentate based on attributes.

I created a 32x32 bmp with ---W--- in it. I set the bmp on the custom path under pen and when I hit refresh. It doesnt allow you to set the size and the display looks to be squashed.

I use the Arrow linestyle to show the driving direction in one way streets, but some streets are to short to display the arrow head - they are just shown as a line.

Can I create a custom arrow style with more dense arrow heads?
