When trying to add named BPD1 or rename exiting hotspot to the same, I get the error Invalid Name: Name cannot have special characters like [?:\/*"<>|,.;:{}()&^%$#@!~`+_]

It will take bpda, but not BPDA.

If Cancel the request, a blank line appears at the top of the hotspot list which saves the extents of the current window.

On related note, sometimes when I open a project that has saved hotspots, the hotspot list appears right away and sometimes it does not (but it seems to appear at some point)

Thanks,
L.Haley
