<description><![CDATA[a) Make sure that AccuGlobe 2007 is not running. <br/>b) Browse to your document and settings folder<br/>c) Browse to your username (to log into windows). This will be something like C:\Documents and Settings\&lt;username&gt;. <br/>d) Browse into Local Settings -&gt; Application Data -&gt; Isolated Storage. <br/>e) From this folder search for *.bin. This will return 1 or more SyncfusionToolsStateInfo.bin files.
